Our participation fee for our guests is 220 USD. The following services are available for this fee.

(Guests who do not wish to take advantage of any of the services listed below are not required to pay a fee)

Tuesday, September 11 (Opening Program-Cocktail Participation).

Wednesday, September 12 (Use of Convention Rooms-Coffee Breaks and Treats-Lunch-Gala Dinner).

Thursday, September 13 (Use of Congress Halls-Coffee Breaks and Catering-Lunch).

Use of Services at Specified Hours Between Airport-Hilton Baku.

Important note: Participation tickets will be available in Baku for guests who do not want to take advantage of all of the above mentioned services and only want to participate in events like Cocktail, Gala Dinner.
